Treasure Garage Bali («we», «us») operates the website treasuregaragebali.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What we collect
We collect only the data needed to process your request:
- Order and booking data — name, phone number, email address, the items or motorcycles you selected, and the rental dates you chose.
- Messages — anything you send us through WhatsApp or by email.
- Technical data — basic request information such as IP address and browser type, generated automatically when you open the site.
We do not collect payment card details. Card and wallet data are entered on the payment provider’s side and never reach our servers.
Why we use it
- To confirm and fulfil your order or rental booking.
- To contact you about that order — availability, pickup, delivery, returns.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations under Indonesian law.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who else sees it
We share data only with service providers that make the order work:
- Payment providers — Midtrans and PayPal process payments and receive the amount, order reference and the contact details required for the transaction. Each applies its own privacy policy.
- Hosting — the site and its database run on Cloudflare infrastructure.
We disclose data to third parties in no other case, except where Indonesian law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and local storage to keep your shopping cart between page loads and to remember interface state. These are required for the site to work. We do not run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Order and booking records are kept for as long as Indonesian accounting and tax rules require us to keep them. Messages and enquiries are kept until they are no longer needed for the request they relate to, and are deleted after that.
Your rights
You may ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to us using the contacts below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deletion may be limited where the data is part of a completed transaction we are required to retain.
