These terms govern the use of treasuregaragebali.com and any order, rental booking or purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

Treasure Garage Bali — a custom motorcycle workshop, rental and store based in Banjar Tegaljaya, Bali, Indonesia.

Orders and prices

Prices on the site are shown in US dollars. Payments in Indonesian rupiah are converted at the rate set in the site settings at the moment of payment, which may differ from the rate of your bank. An order is confirmed once we have accepted it — placing it on the site is an offer, not a completed contract. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we refund it in full.

Motorcycle rental

  • Availability is calculated from existing bookings; the dates you select are held for you once the booking is confirmed.
  • The rental rate is chosen automatically as the most favourable of the monthly, weekly and daily tariffs for the period you book.
  • The rider must hold a licence valid in Indonesia for the class of motorcycle being rented, and must present it at pickup.
  • A security deposit may be required at pickup. Its amount depends on the motorcycle; we tell you the exact sum when we confirm your booking, before you pay anything. The deposit is returned when the motorcycle comes back undamaged and complete.
  • The motorcycle is handed over in working order and must be returned in the same condition, fuel level and completeness. Damage, loss and traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
  • Cancellations and date changes are arranged individually — write to us on WhatsApp as early as you can. The earlier you tell us, the more likely we can move the dates or refund the booking in full.

Motorcycle sales

Each motorcycle on the site is a single unit. Its specification, year and engine capacity are stated on its page. Ownership transfer and registration paperwork are handled together with the buyer after payment.

Store

Store items are sold subject to availability. You choose how to receive an order at checkout:

  • Pickup at our garage — free. We write to you as soon as the order is ready to collect.
  • Delivery within Bali — at the rate shown in the order summary before you pay.
  • Worldwide shipping — quoted individually. We calculate the cost after the order is placed and confirm it with you before sending anything.

Delivery within Bali normally takes one to two days from the moment the order is confirmed. For worldwide shipping the time depends on the destination and the carrier, and we tell you the estimate together with the quote. Returns of unused goods in their original packaging are accepted within the period required by applicable law.

Payment

Payments are processed by Midtrans (QRIS, bank transfer, cards, e-wallets) and PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details.

Services and custom builds

Custom builds, component design, maintenance and repair are agreed individually. Scope, price and deadlines are fixed in a separate agreement before work starts; the site only serves as the point of first contact.

Liability

We are responsible for our services being provided as described. We are not responsible for how a motorcycle is ridden after handover, nor for consequences of breaching Indonesian traffic law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and failing that, by the courts at our place of business.
